aura mist
Small batch aura mists made by me. I infuse the waters with specific crystal energies on potent full moons.
All aura mists contain a touch of grain alcohol as a preservative. Use on yourself and in your space. Keep out of eyes. For external use only.
Native Apparatus x Alchemist Yogi - Elevate & Shield
This aura mist combines the protective properties of Tibetan Quartz and holy water, with the uplifting qualities of Frankincense and other essential oils.
Divine Love
This aura mist is infused with the energies of Morganite - a supreme nurturer which brings in divine and pure love, and compassion.
Scented with Rose and Neroli for their heart opening properties, and White Pine for Crown activation.
Awakening
This aura mist is infused with the energies of Lemurian Quartz believed to be programmed by an ancient civilization to be activated at a time humanity needs the information most.
Lemurians resonate with all chakras, but primarily the Crown. Meditating with them can help you to connect with higher-dimensional spirit guides and higher realms.

gua sha tools
There are plenty of helpful tutorials on line to help with specific areas. Here are my favorite gua sha rituals:
Face Tool
A lovely way to restore at the end of the day. Here’s how I do it:
After my evening cleanse and tone, I apply rosehip oil liberally on my face to help with easeful strokes.
Holding the blade almost flat against the face, I apply gentle pressure moving the tool in an upward motion.
Body Tool
My favorite body ritual is booking some time at an infrared sauna and bringing my gua sha tool. Here’s how I do it:
Dry brush the whole body (you can do this step at home before you get to the sauna).
Right before I head into the sauna, I liberally apply a favorite body oil for easeful strokes (I like sesame).
In the sauna, I use the body gua sha tool to help move lymphatic fluid. I use upward strokes from starting from my feet and work my way up!
Of course after any sauna time and body gua sha it’s import to hydrate to help keep moving the toxins out.
