• In this work, we are channeling Love - the highest and holiest frequency.

• Love is the most powerful force in the universe. It is why we are all here, it is why we are drawn to do this work. There is no greater force to bring us into wholeness than love.

• There is no attunement process. No gatekeeper (except you).

• So much of working with this energy is how we use it outside of a session.

• Suggestions

  • Set aside time everyday to work with this energy, every day if possible. Make this a part of your sadhana practice.

  • Ask your guides to help you bring in this highest and holiest frequency of love, culminating it in your heart space and infusing your body.

  • As you acclimate to the energy, you can set the intention to work with it and share it through the planet. You can beam this out through your heart, send it down through your roots, use your voice, breath, movement. Make this practice yours.

  • You don’t need to do this work alone, in fact, I highly encourage you to work with beings aligned with this frequency: elements, elementals, animals, plant life, angels, Ascended Masters, etc., any aligned deities/beings aligned with frequency of love with home you feel a connection.

  • Spread this energy far and wide. Feel and visualize the earth and its inhabitants (those aligned with love) radiating this light.
