Optimizing Your Virtual Experience

Before you begin:

  • Find your headphones - this is ideal for sound and for minimizing external distractions

  • Choose a space where you can relax and won’t be disturbed

  • Dim or turn-off your lights

  • Mute your phone/device

  • Some items to keep nearby:

    • A bolster/pillow and or blanket

    • A beverage such as water or a tea

    • Journal and something to write with if you like
