It’s October, which means the veil between this world and the next is thinner, making it easier to connect to the other side. After creating a safe and protected space you’ll be guided to connect with your honorable ancestors, to receive guidance and/or messages. Using crystal alchemy bowls and percussion instruments Linda Ong and Joycie Weatherby will lead you through a sound meditation to help you drop in further and relax - creating a space of receptivity. 

To enhance this experience, you’ll receive a crystal aura protection spray and work with a companion crystal (on-loan) during the sound bath. You’ll have the option to purchase your companion crystal after the meditation.

What to bring: Students are encouraged to wear warm, comfy clothing, and bring your yoga mat, and any pillows, blankets, and bolsters that will help you settle in. A thermos of water or hot tea is nice to have as well.
