Get ready to be transported to another dimension!
Sound baths are one of our favorite ways to meditate. Join us at One Down Dog in Echo ParkLos Angeles on Sunday, September 26th for a transformational soundbath and reiki experience.
Using crystal alchemy bowls and percussion instruments, including a gong tuned to the frequencies of the moon, Linda Ong and Joycie Weatherby will lead you through a sound meditation to help you to drop in and receive.
To enhance this restorative experience, from a distance, they will share Reiki with all attendees who want to receive. Reiki, also known as universal life force energy, is a vibrational frequency channeled by the practitioner to assist energy flow in the recipient’s body and can be shared near and far.

What to bring: Students are encouraged to wear warm, comfy clothing, and bring your yoga mat, and any pillows, blankets, and bolsters that will help you settle in. A thermos of water or hot tea is nice to have as well.
