In the ancient practice of Cha Dao, we are all students of the leaf. Tea offers us a simple way to connect with the natural world and ourselves. Join us every other Saturday as we gather in silence and enjoy a few warm bowls of tea. There will be a few minutes toward the end of class to share reflections.

Notes: 

• Tea will be hot. Use caution and drink when the tea is at a comfortable temperature for you.

• There is no rush to drink your tea and there is no expectation to drink all of your tea.

• Dress comfortably (we’ll be seated on the floor) and refrain from wearing strong fragrances.
